Best place to go for a healthy delicious lunch... I love the Happy Hippie sandwich and ALL of their salads are amazing.

Difficult to scan card. App automatically adds a 15 percent tip. Difficult to find where to enter discount code.

Crashes often. In addition, despite having terrific food, Mendocino seems to have the worst processes in the industry and the app keeps that tradition going. The app will give an estimated time of preparation, but then after the order is placed, the estimate often doubles, sometimes up to an hour. If I show up ahead of time I see no one waiting and no real reason for the mega time extension.

It's a terrible app that's slow to load, and your complete order doesn't get sent to the store—but they'll gladly charge you for the full order. I ordered for delivery ×2 sandwiches, a salad, ×2 sides, and a bag of chips and only received the sandwiches and salad. I called the store to see what happened, and they claimed that they only received the order for the sandwiches and salad and that my total should reflect that on my cc. I just checked my cc, and they did charge the full amount.

The people that pick your packages up for delivery work very hard. It is unfortunate that we don't get the tips a lot of the time. It hurts very bad when you have not paid bills or eaten for the entire day and have a customer show you a tip that you didn't get. I won't be running your food for you anymore if there are no tips.

App no longer allows email/password login. It requires a code to be sent EVERY time, either by email or text. Since you can no longer log in at all, the app is useless. I HATE having to get a code EVERY time I want to place an order. I will probably find somewhere else to get my food that DOES have a functioning app. On top of that, there are zero customer incentives, loyalty points, or anything else to make having to go through these loops for every order worth it. What a waste.

App just doesn't work. Won't even let me sign in with my existing account. Just use a browser to order online.
