This app and Mendocino suck. I am unable to use up 2 gift cards through the apps because the balance is now below whatever I want to order. So it forces me to pay my full balance through credit card despite a balance of $18 across the 2 gift cards. Additionally, I was supposed to get 2x $10 gift card for free. They came with $0 balance! No one able to help. Support venter sucks too. I will use up my balance ordering at the restaurant and then Mendocino can wave goodbye to my customer ship

Adds a tip by default. Not that I don't like to tip for take-out sometimes, but find it to be dark UX and nefarious to do so by default making it easy to miss. Shame on you the first time.

Frustrating App. When ordering, you need to go through multiple screens to customize food options then it returns to the original order. More confusing if you edit the order so best to cancel and start over. When paying, no option for Google Pay, so you'll have to enter your CC number. Finally, no option to eat in. It's paper bag to go only. Tried to avoid long line but took longer to use this app. It's an app that needs a lot of polishing for sure...

It's a terrible app that's slow to load, and your complete order doesn't get sent to the store—but they'll gladly charge you for the full order. I ordered for delivery ×2 sandwiches, a salad, ×2 sides, and a bag of chips and only received the sandwiches and salad. I called the store to see what happened, and they claimed that they only received the order for the sandwiches and salad and that my total should reflect that on my cc. I just checked my cc, and they did charge the full amount.
