Any other app like Calm works way better. This app has such long texts that doesn't make any sense at all. Some buttons take time to work. What's the purpose exactly of this? You can find other alternatives that have better UX/UI design.

THEN CALL A THERAPIST/PSYCHOLOGIST &/or PSYCHIATRIST And everyone knows that it's an illness like cancer and can't be wished or positive thought away as much as a freshly broken leg.
