I have been playing this game off and on for a few years now, but recently on my desk top iMac I had suddenly received connection error and couldn't play. I got stuck in Japan and couldn't play to go to the other countries. Now the same is true on my android phone. I am connected to the Internet, but I still can't advance to play more, nor can I buy my coins or do other activities. I cannot leave the backyard to the villa. Sad, I loved this game.

Been trying to contact customer support and nobody answers! I love this game but after an update it sent me back to level one, and I lost EVERYTHING! I just want someone to contact me to get back where I was
