After selecting the location, when the Aadhaar card number is entered, the otp does not appear and a technical error is displayed

I am from Bihar and when I select the state as bihar it shows technical error after 1 month I figured out trying my state as Jharkhand, and it worked, but for many other it won't work pls fix it and ia not even sure my KYC will be verified or not, but it says submitted successfully and I have also done kyc on fps machine from ration waala. But on mera ration app it still says -not verified from state. I don't know what's wrong with the system maybe it's a plan to cancel ration cards as many as can
