Shows devices as offline when they've actually been up for days. Shows devices online when they've been off for days. Useless. I want to be able to see problematic switches at a glance without second guessing what Merak are telling me

Very limited compared to web portal. @Meraki, please give us the option to either trust the device (like we can do on web) or allow us to use biometrics for authentication). Having to do MFA every single time I open the app is crazy, especially when that's not required for the web version.

Latest update causes video to shut down so can't view cams on app. Need to go to PC to view cam footage

It used to work fine but has now become nonfunctional for all employees. Everything works on desktop using SSO but anyone trying to sign in using the SSO on mobile is met with an infinite loading black screen just saying "Logging you in..."
