It used to work fine but has now become nonfunctional for all employees. Everything works on desktop using SSO but anyone trying to sign in using the SSO on mobile is met with an infinite loading black screen just saying "Logging you in..."

Shows devices as offline when they've actually been up for days. Shows devices online when they've been off for days. Useless. I want to be able to see problematic switches at a glance without second guessing what Merak are telling me
