Broken. The app is broken. The Total software doesn't save time. In fact, it has added time to my reports. It's not as smart as previous builds. It's almost like you want us to do the add-on and have micro charges. Man when did you turn into a bad video game company? I'm only here because there isn't anyone better but being the best at broken software isn't saying much.

This app is useless. The Juniper app was way better than this one. When it asks me to log in with an email and a password its incorrect, and I've had this email and password for a few years. When I had the Juniper app not one problem whatsoever. So don't waste your time getting this app.

This app used to be one of the best, then they were purchased by another company in it all went downhill. Nothing works, can't bid on appraisal orders, constant crashes, I've reported this over and over and over again and is still not fixed.
