This was fun but everything vanished and the tutorial started over. I can't even access help in game cause that feature vanished too. 😞 please fix this is a fun game

I love the game so much, but I messed up, and now I'm sad because I can't play. The game gave me a chest requiring a key, but since I had 2 of the same type chest, I merged them to get a bigger, better chest. I have 2 keys I can combine to make a higher level key. Unfortunately, the 2nd key is in my storage box. I can't seem to do anything now, because the game won't accept anything but opening the chest with a key. I guess I shouldn't have shot ahead of things so quickly. What can I do now?

Love the game. I just logged on (I'm at ch. 5) and my board (just the board) has been emptied and the opening tutorial has started. My tavern progress is still current, too. I have no stash anymore. I do love the game, but if my situation can't be fixed I'll obviously have to lower my rating because I can't continue to love a game I literally can't play. Utterly empty board means I can't match anything. Please help devs!

Played this game all night, then all of a sudden I open it and the board is completely empty! No generators, no coins, nothing! What the hell?!? I was really liking the game, but if this is a thing, then I'm never playing again! Please fix!!!

I was playing this for a good amount of time, probably over a few months and one day all my progress on my main merge table got erased, all my items and all my spawners are just gone, all the game left me was 1 blue card and a single plank, Thanks for wasting my time I uninstalled and reinstalled and all I can do is start over completely or load my old game that's empty.............
