मेरी पंचायत Meri Panchayat App is the official app of Ministry of Panchayati Raj पंचायती राज मंत्रालय , Government of India भारत सरकार .
The Meri Panchayat App has been designed by National Informatics Centre (NIC) of Ministry of electronics and IT, Government of India to facilitate unified & integrated mobile-based Governance Platform for 80 crore rural residents, functionaries, and all other stakeholders of the Panchayati Raj System.
The Meri Panchayat App facilitates Transparency in all functions and operations of Panchayats, enforce accountability, facilitate public participation in functioning of Panchayats and preparation of panchayat development Plans.
It also facilitates social Audit of all development works and beneficiaries of various schemes.
It seamlessly integrates with various portals of MoPR like eGram Swaraj, Vibrant Gram Sabha, GPDP, Audit Online, MactionSoft, MGNREGA, Audit Online.
It aims to unify and integrate diversified functions, information across various portals and provide a Single Common mobile platform for citizens and functionaries of the panchayats.
The Meri Panchayat App facilitates the collaborative functioning of all stakeholders and good governance.
Meri Panchayat App shall provide a holistic view of the Panchayat and facilitate easy access to all information about the functioning of panchayats to residents on their smartphones and shall enhance transparency in operations.
The citizens can download and use Meri Panchayat App and can obtain information related to Public representatives, panchayat committees, schedules, agenda and decisions taken in Gram Sabha Meetings, panchayat budget, works and Activities included in Panchayat Development Plan, fund availability at panchayat, revenue, and expenditure, development works included in the development plan, ongoing and held up works, Panchayat Assets, list of beneficiaries of various welfare schemes.
Meri Panchayat enhances public participation by allowing the residents to propose the works and activities to be included in the Gram Panchayat Development plan as part of their suggestions. They can also review and rate the activities & works included in the Development Plans. Meri Panchayat also extends the objective of the Provision of Urban Amenities to Rural Areas (PURA) by allowing the public to avail services offered by Panchayats. The Meri Panchayat App also offers location-based services to be registered by authenticated rural residents and allows them to register complaints genuinely from the complaint location rather than posting adhoc complaints; The complaint is submitted with an evidence in the form of Geo-Tagged, Geo-Fenced photo from the site location and allows tracking their complaints which may be related to garbage, cleanliness, street lights, drinking water supply, dead animals, dirty public toilets, and poor quality of development works.
It also facilitates location-based services for social audits of all development works and beneficiaries. The public can view the works, and their progress and can report the status and quality of works from the location of the work. Thus, Meri Panchayat App shall pave the way for good governance and an effective, handy and versatile tool for Digital inclusion. It shall digitally empower the rural residents and make them actually participate actively in the governance, development, and functioning of their panchayats.

The name of my village is missing in it, if I go to search, all the information of other villages comes up, but the name of my village does not come up, I have complained many times in the Gram Penchant also, But here everything is going wrong, please help us. Village man is:- Jambhali/Khamba, Post:- Malutola, Taluka:- Sakoli, District:- Bhandari, State:- Maharashtra (441802). While opening the Meri Penchant app, it is showing “Details not available.” The app has not been functioning properly since April 2026. I request you to kindly look into this issue and update the application. Please ensure that all the information in the app is properly refreshed and updated.

It has been four months since I filed a complaint on the 'My Penchant' app, yet the app shows absolutely no sign of taking any action or initiating any proceedings regarding it. If complaints are not going to be addressed in a timely manner, do you take the public for fools? Was this app launched merely as a time-pass? Such frivolous and shoddy applications should be shut down immediately. The Government of India is essentially making a mockery of the common people. Your service is truly 3rd rate

It is good that panchayati raj ministry is giving reply on people review but there is extreme corruption in 90% GP of Bihar. The ministery must have to do for the welfare of commoners. In my GP, Bardahiya of Marmara Block of Saran District Bihar, same photo is posted for different works, cost of 10k is shown 2 lakh, this is an example of huge corruption of Secretary and Muawiya, I request Panchayati Raj to take very strict action to these miscreants.
