I'm confused, so you switch apps, and now when I go to make a payment on my loan, I can not directly use my debit card anymore, and I have to transfer it into the account I have with you? Like I have to send money from my main bank over to my account with your app and, from that account, use the money to pay my loan payment? Like, aren't you meant to make the app more user-friendly, not add in refund... EDIT: Problem was resolved, multiple menus, requires more redundancy for debit cards payments

Had this app til they changed it to merit rust mobile which they let no one no about, and it has caused Me nothing but problems wish they would have just left everything as is cause merit rust mobile sucks.

Ever since they changed from the old app I am constantly having problems. Worked 1 time when first downloaded. Then wouldn't respond and would force close. Updated after a week or so and it started working. Now it is no longer working again and force closing. Should have just kept the old business app. Ran for years with no problems at all.
