MesDICOM: DICOM Viewer, CT MRI

Open CT, MRI, PET, ultrasound and other DICOM scans on your phone or tablet. MesDICOM is a private DICOM viewer: your images stay on your device, with no account and no upload.

Got your scan on a hospital CD, a USB stick or as a download? Copy the files to your phone and open them as single files, whole folders or ZIP archives. MesDICOM also opens DICOM files without a file extension and files shared from other apps. If a study can't be opened, the app tells you why and what to try next.

OPEN YOUR DICOM FILES

• Threshold-based visualization of volume data

MEASURE AND ANNOTATE
• Distance and angle measurement, in millimetres when pixel spacing is available
• Region-of-interest statistics: mean, standard deviation, minimum, maximum and area
• Arrows, text and freehand annotations
• Measurements and annotations are saved with the study and come back when you reopen it

ORGANIZE YOUR LIBRARY
• Folders, notes, tags and bookmarked images
• Search by study name, patient name, patient ID, modality, notes or tags
• Studies grouped by the patient information in the files
• Connect to a DICOMweb server you configure

SHARE AND EXPORT
• Share the current image
• Export the original DICOM files as a ZIP archive
• Save a series or cine loop as an MP4 video
• Create a one-page PDF summary with the selected image and study details
• Optional anonymization of patient names and study titles in exported PDFs and file names

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Imported studies are processed and stored on your device
• No account required; your medical images are not uploaded to MesDICOM servers
• The app connects to a DICOMweb server only when you set one up and use it

MesDICOM is free to download. The free version keeps one study in your library and includes MPR viewing. MesDICOM Pro, available as an in-app purchase, unlocks an unlimited library and advanced tools such as 3D volume rendering, study comparison, region statistics, annotations, folders and video export.
