Device (Note 9, not exactly a dinosaur) unsuitable & can't receive updates from app store, so I can't get My Telstra or Airbnb etc. & thus can't even use these apps at all

Disappearing message not working, I bought this app for only one option and that was disappearing message, and it worked when I tried free version one time but after purchase never worked. I sent 2 emails to support but no response yet
