For five years I've had Metairie Bank. About two years ago, It started asking to register my phone number, whether it was business or personal, and lock me out because it was already registered They said last time that I couldn't have the same phone for both accounts. Nonsense They insist I must get another number for business. Over 25 years, this was never a problem at any other bank, and they were able to link the accounts. I'll be switching banks next week to one that has 21st century tech.

Half of the time it doesn't work. Constantly get error codes. I really need this to work, so I can pay my mortgage as well as keep track of balances and payments that have cleared. I can't keep having someone bring me to the bank.

This is the only app of its kind that I've encountered in years that don't allow fingerprint access. Oh, it's an option, it just doesn't let you use it. I was able to use it for about 5 days, and then they did an update. Also, I'm constantly having to re-register my phone to the app. Same phone, same Wi-Fi, same.
