★★☆☆☆ I purchased this app specifically to deal with a situation requiring me to scan a food product that was subject to tampering by insertion of sewing needles into fruit. I tested the app by placing a sewing pin in a piece of foam and the app fails to detect it and any distance let alone the claimed effective distance of <15 cm. Waste of time and money.
