Why can't I switch to a network of my choice? Why can't I find my coins? I am tired of Metamask. This is the worst web3 wallet

I've been using this app for the past 3 months and even got a Metamask Card. My main issues: The app only shows transactions from your wallet account when you spend. Any refund you receive isn't shown When you receive a refund, the amount goes to a "credits balance" that is nowhere to be found in the app. You can't withdraw your "credits balance" back to your wallet, which is very shady. When you have "credits balance", your wallet balance is still used to purchase. Again very shady.
