(Tax inquiry) Citizens can calculate local taxes such as vehicle taxes and acquisition taxes in advance, and can also receive tax consultation through local tax education and an AI chatbot in the Metaverse.

(Document issuance) Citizens can apply for various certification documents such as resident registration and receive them through the 'Seoul Wallet' app in the Metaverse.
