Hi, After initially downloading the free app about 6 weeks ago and giving it a thorough test, I paid for the full version soon after with an annual subscription. You have to be prepared to invest some time learning all the apps features and options it has to offer, but it is well worth it. The features and options afforded to the user are absolutely enormous, which means you have the capability to produce widgets just to your liking, almost without limitations. The developer has covered just about every aspect you could wish for during the widget design process, giving you control over all areas formatting, like nothing else out there (that I know of). The foundation of any weather app/widget is its data sources, and Meteogram has some very credible weather providers to choose from, like ICON, Met Norway, Met office, Meteo France etc. (I'm UK/EU centric in my preferences). It would be nice to also have the choice of ECM WF, but I assume this may come down to how much they charge for their weather data? One final important point to mention, that being the developer's ongoing support. Meteogram appears to have a strong ongoing development, which is so crucial in my opinion. Regarding support/customer service, I had the need during the 6-week evaluation period to contact the Dev on 5 separate occasion; each one received superb and very timely (sometimes only hours) responses; all with clear and helpful advice. There are things that could be done slightly better, made clearer etc.; but that applies to almost everything in life and is an intrinsic part of any development / evolution process. Thank you for producing and continuing to support such a great piece of software - - I can't recommend it highly enough... Kind Regards Kevin Giles.

For me the perfect weather forecast and extremely customizable. The issue I had lately was, the widget only showed up as ⅓, ¼ or ⅛ of its actual size - like someone cut through it with scissors. This behavior got fixed in the last update but now and then it comes back with another update. Btw. I'd love to buy the pro version but like €38 is a little too much for the little extra functionality. I also really don't like the subscription system.

I have to bring this back to a 2 again. There are things I like about this. Like I can set weather info in the header. But the 3 biggest issues this has is: 1. It doesn't update itself. I have to do it manually. Or sometimes it does update itself. Its random. 2. There are a ton of settings, but everything is mixed up. The only way I knew to find rain was to make a review and get a snippy answer from the programmer, and the email help isn't really helpful. Considering this app is mostly designed to show the rain, putting the option between grass pollen and snow, seems like a weird place to put it. 3. There are no options for decimal points of rain, or a graph that shows me a square per inch like another app did. Instead, I have to guess at what 3/64's looks like or what 5.6/100th's looks like. Or just know what mm's look like. All I want to see is -.5,.005 or just normal fractions down to say a 1/16th, that would make sense to me. Also, the settings, while its nice that I can load up what my widget looks like with a setting, it only works if I am having that weather event. So like I can't adjust snow unless its snowing. It would be better to show me as an example what changed. Because a lot of these options don't show a change and there is no real help as to what they do. A lot of features are more for a programmer than a simple guy like me. And lastly, there are only 2 weather stations you can use for free. The rest you need to pay for I think? But they are mixed together, and they don't tell you it's a pay for site until your click on it. And you have to click on all of them to see that only 2 are OK. And the 2 that are OK, aren't accurate. Noaa, and Norwegian are the free ones.
