Description
How wonderful and convenient to have your hymnal on your tablet. This is a full featured Methodist eHymnal with professionally typeset 4-part harmony music scores and lyrics. As a bonus, many of the hymns have professionally recorded organ accompaniment. Use the accompaniment for congregational singing, or to meditate on during your personal devotions.
The user interface has a clean look with no ads, and very easy to use. You can quickly and easily find the hymn that you want either by selecting from the alphabetical index of hymn titles and first lines, the numerical index of hymn numbers based on the United Methodist Hymnal®, or your own bookmark list. There is a full featured bookmark list for you to add songs that you need for quick access. Use the search feature to quickly search for words in the title or first line, or just enter a hymn number to jump directly to that hymn. You can also swipe left or right to go to the next or previous song just like turning pages in the printed hymnal. The swipe turning sequence can either be in numerical hymn number order, alphabetical hymn title order, or bookmark list order. Zoom in for larger notes and texts both in portrait or landscape orientations.
God has given me two talents-music and computer. I have been a church pianist and organist for several decades, and professionally, I am a computer professor. So putting these two talents together, I have personally written this app and recorded all of the hymns to be a blessing to others. Yes, and manually entered every single note in the scores! I hope that you will like it and be blessed by it. I would love to hear from you to tell me how I can improve this app.
This app is neither endorsed by nor affiliated with the Methodist Church. Currently, many of the copyrighted hymns are not included, but will be included in a future update when the copyright permissions have been obtained.
Because of the large number of songs, it will take about 10 minutes initially to download and install this app. No internet connection is required after the installation.

Wow! Excellent app.... This price is nothing at all for this superb hymnal... I'm awe-struck by the way the Methodist hymnal is put in digital form and the best part is the organ accompaniment.... I go on to write pages about this excellent app... I so love this app... you will never regret buying this.... I can boldly vouch for this... If you are a church musician who loves hymns and if you own a smart android phone, you need this for sure :)

Garbage. It sent me to the Windows Store to buy another version after paying for it here. I haven't even used it yet. Said it had installed and there was nothing on the computer. Just go to the Windows store to begin with. Now I have to figure out how to get my money back. A pox upon your house.

Unable to utilize the product after buying it. Bitter experience was elated when I saw it online. So I quickly decided to purchase it onto my z10. Now it tells u that due to the size use your pc to download it. Ok, so I went to my laptop and used it to download. It goes on to tell u to select a device to install it on. I selected my z10 as that is the only option given. Now i goto my z10 and I locate the app, and it tells me to download it. It does so quickly guess due to the pc download. Now the app is installed on my z10 but when u attempt to use it it tells that it is un licensed so uninstall and redo it again. Have done that like a million times still same. It was just a waste of my time and money
