No, I do not want a refund. I want what I paid for. I paid for a week, and I want a week. If I don't get it, then I hope everyone knows your a fraud. I have been playing games for many years, and this is the first game I have ever even installed that didn't give you access to customer service through the actual app. Easier to avoid conflicts I guess.

Pointless, IF it loads and gets through the intro, it asks you to "press button to talk" and nothing happens. Don't waste your time

I like the custom features for the image of the character (short hair and no makeup is my style - which is difficult to find these options in most apps like this). However, interacting with the character is dreadful. No intimacy and the character was standing on my bed, and pretending that it didn't happen… "Let's talk about something else". A "partner" wouldn't act so difficult, I promise. 🙄 So, this app definitely needs a lot of maintenance, to be fully-fledged, when it's possible. 👏

Pro doesn't work, don't waste your time, don't waste your money. Support doesn't respond to emails (I sent several). Game glitches, could use some more customizations for the characters.
