I have tried to book ticket several times, money dedicated but ticket not generated & also not refunded in bank account. After conversation with Salah metro railway station master their voice was," we can't do anything, why are you booking through online, book only through offline counter. Many others have so much money withheld through online app, but yours is little. Book another to ticket and travel". In spite of being payment history and bank message, I have to pay again without my fault.

The payment options are not good. And the app is not smooth.I tried many times, but always it is rejected at payment page. Please make a wallet in ur app so that we don't need to use UPI every time
