This app used to be great. Now it doesn't even show the correct time for where I live. It also doesn't show what is on. My time is 2:08, but the app says it is 6:08 and doesn't show the current shows. It also doesn't bring up shows when searching. This app used to be useful and now isn't. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, I have tried signing out and signing in, nothing fixes it.

I miss being able to see the guide for shows and recordings online via laptop. And, lately the app fails to fill in -- about 60% of the grid left blank. Time for the app to be improved, please!

I am upset with using the app of which I cannot download on my samsung tablet my daughter says she doesn't want me to use cell phone because of memory issues. I had called metro net office in Bloomington illinois and she didn't know of a change, i did not get an email saying that metro net was goiiing to do this so much for customer service just baloney they don't care about customer servive at all
