★★☆☆☆ Update 26/11/21: now constantly crashing on opening app. Earlier review: Great weather info on this app. Love the 5-day forecast because it's much clearer that the 3-day one. But it would be even better if the 5-day image could be enlarged.

★★☆☆☆ How can a government institution be responsible for such a mess? Met Service feedback desk has fobbed me off with *have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling* and other pathetic excuses. The fact remains that our devices download and run all the other apps in the world so what's so special about NZ Met Service Rural Weather App? Can the I.T. person responsible for this app just admit that it is flawed, and they don't know how to fix it? An embarrassment to the taxpayer. For God's sake, either fix it or remove it.
