Para uso do aplicativo é necessário que o condomínio seja cliente de PORTARIA REMOTA do SIM, verifique com o Síndico do seu prédio.

O aplicativo do SIM é uma solução voltada para condomínios que contratam o serviço de Portaria Remota com a SIM e que buscam otimizar a segurança, agilizar acesso de visitantes, comunicação e processos internos.
A ferramenta é integrada com o sistema de controle de acesso do condomínio feito pelo SIM.

Você consegue receber diversos alertas e mensagens como por exemplo:
- A bateria do seu controle remoto está fraca.
- Mensagens do síndico, zelador e porteiro.

Também é possível realizar consultas:
- Consulta de entrada e saída. Ex: Saiba que horas seu filho chegou da escola.
- Relatórios de visitantes e visitas
- Relatórios de ocorrências internas
- Abertura de ocorrências (Sugestão, Reclamação, etc)
- Reservas de áreas comuns (Churrasqueira, Salão de festa, etc (Se tiver habilitado para o seu condomínio)
