O app Meu Protheus é uma solução nativamente integrado ao ERP Protheus, que simplifica e agiliza a rotina de pessoas gestoras através de aprovações e notificações de eventos operacionais que ocorrem no ERP.

Aprovações

Através do aplicativo é possível realizar as aprovações abaixo:

- Medição de Contrato, Solicitação e Pedido de Compra

O aplicativo possibilita a avaliação/aprovação de compras e medições de contrato de múltiplas filiais, de acordo com as configurações existentes no controle de alçadas. Para o uso do aplicativo nesse contexto, não é necessário nenhum tipo de configuração adicional no controle de alçadas, basta que o usuário seja um aprovador e, ao acessar o aplicativo, suas pendências de aprovação serão exibidas no aplicativo.

- Prestação de Contas (controle de despesas)

É possível também, através do app, aprovar/reprovar prestação de contas, processo integrado ao controle de viagens do módulo Financeiro do ERP TOTVS Backoffice (Linha Protheus).

Eventos

O Meu Protheus pode auxiliar na visualização do andamento do processamento de algumas rotinas e processos que ocorrem dentro do ERP TOTVS Backoffice Linha Protheus através de notificações (Push notifications).

- Novo pedido de compra pendente de aprovação;
- Inclusão / atualização de cadastros no sistema (Fornecedores, Produtos);
- Produto atingiu ponto de pedido
- Término do recálculo do custo médio;
- Eventos e rotinas customizadas;
