Shameful support from orient, app is not adding any location. It keep
showing me same add form every time I try to add. It's not working. It's a

Shameful support from mevris and orient. Im trying to connect my 1.5 dc
inverter to mevris app, on step 4 app asked to discount ac hotspot n
connect to wifi but after connecting to wifi n moving to step 5 it shows
device not found.. Support team asked me to check video on youtube..when i
told them that im following the same step, they said send us an email, but
no reply from them. On orient helpline number they asked my mobile number
and said someone will contact me shortly..but no one calld me.. Pathetic
service.

Aoa dear i am unable use the app after add device there is nothing to show just a pic icon in windows.. Nothing happens.. Kindly tell me how add divce and use it.. Other wise its a big lie about wifi under comsumer act..
