★★☆☆☆ Mfine should deliver the medical related products as soon as possible. At the time of order, it shows quick delivery date, but after that date will be automatically updated. Do not blindly depend on mfine. Just look for Apollo or any other options.

★★☆☆☆ Negligence of doctors and their team. They will prescribe you medications that react with current medications or can be toxic even after you mention this specifically and provide prescriptions. Some of them don't check your last history or bother listening to your concerns... Most are there for a quick buck... App says doctor is available immediately and makes you pay...once you pay you realize they are only available the next day, and then you are given some other options which are not very good

★★☆☆☆ The experience is poor. 1. First order, had to pay extra delivery charge because the medicine was delivered by Tatami. This was not informed, and the bill stated free delivery in the app 2. The consultation history is there, but the chat is gone, unable to find them in the app. 3. Ordered moisturizer and cleanser, they send 2 moisturizers instead. No complaints with respect to doctors or their follow-ups, it went well and satisfied with that, but the overall user experience is terrible.
