I've been playing a lot for about 10 months. It's been fun, but I'm still annoyed that my over 1.2 million reward points disappeared. Customer service just plays dumb. I didn't think they were supposed to expire. Deleting the "stickers" every few months is exasperating enough, and unfair to your best customers. If you're doing the same now with the earned reward points, good riddance.

The game is definitely fun great graphics. This app would definitely get 5 stars if only I could get something with my rewards points that I can use. Every now and then, you can buy a new outfit with the points, but other than that I can't use those points for anything. Please offer things that I can use the points for as well. Not everyone is going to be going to the real mgm studios to need the discounts on motels restaurants and traveling. I would then give it 5 stars. Thank youb

Horrible App!! The payouts are a disgrace, if you wager 100mil you will finally hit a bonus and win back 25 million, even if you spend real money the game just constantly takes and barely pays anything out. Most of the slots have built up bonuses which are a joke, you build up credits for when the bonus is triggered, but then it gives a horribly low payout. It took me three days of playing the same game before I finally hit a mini-game or bonus only to have it pay me 10% of investment.

The game is just a lame slot game, "rewards" are lame. And most notably I am irritated by when ads for this app on other apps turn into freezing the app and forced rerouting from ad to website to app store. Stop faking your numbers on traffic. Edit, the response from MGM slots was about as irritating as the ads for the app. If I could give negative stars I would. Edit. They tried to give me a small reward to placate my negative review. This used to be a rewarding app, now it is just a trash app
