I've been using this software for 4 years now. It takes getting used to at first but once you get a hang of it, it works great! Occasional glitches, one every few months but it usually gets resolved with an update. Speed is decent if you have quality phone service and fast devices. Sync great with QB online. Keeps your business running smoothly and organized. DOWNSIDE! No recurring service agreements and customer has no option to sign the contract from there email.

Decent for keeping track of jobs while on the go

It is an okay field service management software when it is fully functional. The app keeps crashing, Cannot upload photos, send reports. So I get to come home after work and upload each photo through the laptop. So now I am back to working an extra hour or two every day. They cannot figure out why this is happening and haven't responded to me in over a week. I am currently exploring other options.

This is by far the worst app I have ever used. If you are in charge of a company and are debating using Help Desk, prepare to lose productivity as your employees sit for minutes at a time waiting for this app to unfreeze as they attempt to do notes, or add parts to a job. It is simply trash and clearly the developers don't care about the user experience. I am pretty sure they are using a Pentium 1 computer as their server and host all traffic on a dial-up modem. You have been warned.
