The app is excellent and easy to use. My only suggestion is for BPPR to offer more competitive savings account rates and benefits for loyal customers. I’ve been a client since 1995, and I’d like to see BPPR explore strategies used by institutions like PenFed Credit Union to retain and attract customers. BPPR is strong in PR and could grow even more by improving account benefits for long-time clients living in different states.

Since some update last year the app deleted my payees and won't allow adding them and not even my account is showing on the left side of that section. So I need to go to the bank every month now and miss my lunchtime when I can't go on Saturdays. Yes, I followed the instructions. My app is updated. Does that option work on iphone and that's why no one bothers to fix it? Has this been acknowledged. Will it take years to get it fixed?

Passwords need to be extremely long, which makes them difficult to remember, account gets blocked very easily and that makes it a pain to even see your bank account details and transactions. Can't count the amount of times my account has been blocked because of this. 1/10 👎🏻

The apps have been glitching and staying in the logo start loading for mor than a week, I keep trying to get to my accounts to do transfers and check my accounts and have to wait until I get home to check on it from my computer, I called banco popular, and they say nobody has made a complaint about yet and that it may be an issue on my phone, I deleted the app and re downloaded it again, I clear the cache, I updated my phone, I restarted my phone and nothing, whenever the app wants to work or wont
