Everything is fine, except when you exit it gets stuck in the DIGI blue screen. You have to force close it to get back to the data of your line.

I love the lay-out: it's very clear and simple. You see your phone number and balance straight away. The most important things on top and the other things more down. Nice colors too. The only thing I don't like is that you can't log in without topping up first, and it's not explained anywhere.

Such a nightmare switching from a SIM card to eSIM! After waiting 24 hours for the activation SMS, they don’t even send the QR code, deactivating your SIM and leaving you without coverage. Their online chat is useless: they just try to close the conversation and say they can’t help. Even the Digi store does nothing. I’ve seen other clients with the same experience end up switching to more reliable operators. Truly a nightmare, I’ve never seen support this bad

Absolute nightmare app. Won't let me in, refuses to acknowledge my CORRECT password. Can't top up online. Spent TWO DAYS of my life trying to do this, had to use the phone shop in the end. AND WHY NO ENGLISH option on the app?? There are thousands of English speakers in Spain including many Europeans who speak English but not Spanish-WAKE UP! And I have 27 euros on the acct but STILL have to top up every 3 months. WHY ???? PS Just had a reply from the developer. Guess what language it's in

Digi, please update your app and unser management. Every month it's a whole pain to login and top up. Same stupid message: "Please wait a few minutes". This is going for more than a year now. Customer service stay to go in a shop like in the 90s. Please come to 2025. You are good, it's a pity to leave you for not being able to top up.
