Doesn't tell me what plan I have, or what it includes. Doesn't tell me my payment date. I find it unfriendly and pretty useless.

The app itself performs well, as long as you understand that its main purpose is to discourage users from using Kolbi services. Recharging your internet allowance is truly painful, by design. In order to purchase an internet package you first need to transfer money to your account-there is no way to pay directly. The catch is that you can only do it in increments of 2,000 colones per day, which means you need to transfer 2,000 colones each day for 3 days in order to buy a 2 GB package. Shame!

Piece of junk. Won't allow me to make account because it says there's errors with my data. Didn't have any problems setting up my phone number and paying with a prepaid card with my cédula. I've had the number less than a month so time to move on to a different company.
