Not recommended for travelers passing by, lacks online friendly support. After 3 online petitions (PRQ) for which you need to use their AI, they can't /won't deregister my information from their system. Been trying since October to unregister from abroad (somehow a local used my email address for their bill) and there's no email address to contact them, they use No Reply addresses only, so can't count on their support. Been there before, there are other companies that are more online friendly.

They force you through automated systems like this app, WhatsApp, web (see their reply to this comment). I tried to report that my address was used by someone else to purchase a Mo vista line and receive bills, but they don't process my request because I don't have a Colombian home address or phone number, so there's no way to put a complaint. I don't live there, if anyone can register my email address in your system without proof of ownership you should let me report this incident via email too.

Absolute trash, already had an account for months, new update rolls around, says that it will send a code through SMS or WhatsApp because of course it forces me to sign in again, but it NEVER comes, and now I can't sign into my account
