The camera is great but this app is not good. Most recent issue is that I can no longer download any of my footage. It's held hostage until this app gets fixed. It's irritating because it worked fine a month ago. Previously I was unable to download any of the firmware. It has been very buggy with the Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and won't download firmware updates. Tested fine on Droid. Just really disappointed this isn't working.

i have a sandisk extreme pro a2 u3.. specialized in camera use but the app detect not compatible and could not able to download anything.. please fix this problem

Unable to download photos from camera. I take out the sdcard, copy on phone, and import in app. At least the app converts the spherical images to something hugin can convert.
