Very happy that PAI scores (now updated as AQ) is now available in an App accessible in North America. I was very disappointed when Garmin stopped offering PAI scores on their fitness devices. Knowing my daily and weekly PAI/AQ score is highly motivating to increase my exercise routine. I would like to support the developers of this app but find that the $11/month subscription to be quite steep. Would it make more sense to charge a one time fee for the app to grow the user base?

MIA Health along with a compatible fitness watch or band measures your AQ. AQ is the most widely measured and validated fitness/health metric in the world. Forget about tracking steps or daily activity. Your AQ is a much more meaningful metric. This is the app you need to get that. It also includes useful info on how to maintain your AQ score. The developers are also very responsive.

The app only works if you pay Premium monthly or yearly subscription. If they care about your health they would provide most of it for free. It's just an app.
