MiaCare is a healthcare app that gently supports you through daily stress and migraines.
Using biometric data from your smartwatch and Health Connect, MiaCare displays your stress level in an easy-to-understand 5-point scale. It also predicts and notifies you of times when migraines may be more likely to occur, based on changes in atmospheric pressure and weather forecasts.
Turn those vague feelings of being unwell into something you can see.

■ Main features
■ Stress visualization MiaCare gently displays your current stress level on a 5-point scale, using data such as HRV (heart rate variability), heart rate, breathing, and sleep. Stress levels are calculated based on your personal baseline.
■ Migraine risk prediction and alerts MiaCare predicts migraine risk based on changes in atmospheric pressure and weather forecasts, and notifies you when the pressure is likely to drop. It also learns your personal thresholds automatically from your headache records.
■ Insights Analyze stress trends, relationships with sleep, peak stress times, and more. With Premium, you can access even more detailed analysis, such as correlations between exercise and stress.
■ Guided deep breathing / progressive muscle relaxation (PMR)
■ Headache tracking and export Record headaches with a single tap. You can export and share your records as CSV files or as a “monthly review” image.
■ Menstrual cycle tracking (optional) Visualize trends between your cycle, migraines, and stress. This feature is processed only on your device and only when enabled in settings.
