This has been my go-to 3rd party audio recorder for the last 2 years because it's solid, stable, and dependable with loud and clear play back, the UI provides all the options I like for processing my recordings, so I'm keeping this one.

Best voice recorder app I ever used. Compared to my stock voice recorder, This has a much better design based on Android 12 Material You design. It's easy to use too. Recommending this app for an alternative voice recorder Edit after the new update: It got even better with the design !

2.0 update brings the intuitiveness to the app. Mic Check is great for recording a lecture or something important with ability to add timestamps and notes on specific time point. 2.1 update gives back ability to add blank quick timestamp, which is useful because when we record something, we are in a rush, we can't really add notes on the spot, this quick timestamp is really an improvement, ofc we can add the information later on while listen. Devs are amazing and hear what user needs, thank you!!

Worst aap I had recorded several important audios and the audios after a few minutes were lost couldn't find them they were my clients audios I need them back please can u help me with it the audio quality was good but what's the point if they disappear just after an hour of recording please can u help me find my audios back they were toooo important I had travelled from Bangalore to Delhi to shoot those audios, and now I'm heading to Bangalore back without them, and I'm in a very panic situation π

Both my microphones stopped working, so I downloaded several test apps. But all they do is telling me that "it's very quiet here" or "mic not working" - no help whatsoever to fix the problem.
