Long story short, chatting with the heroic Max, who took a lot of time out of his Sunday to discuss my concerns (of which there were many), I was persuaded to uninstall the free version and try another app about which a large number of users' were complaining because it didn't automatically unblock for calls and they had to remember to do so themselves - which was exactly what I wanted for my own purposes. It didn't block my microphone when I called my phone at all! So I uninstalled it and bought the PRO version of Micro Guard. Why? Because the level of support above and beyond the call of duty offered by ProtectStar is the kind I have always offered myself and that means I trust that the Devs and Support REALLY know what they are doing - you HAVE to in order to care THAT much about the service as well as the product. So, I now have the Pro versions of both blockers (cam and mic). Well done, Maxi when you get tired of being a techie, you should start managing a Customer Service department - I'll buy whatever product it is, even if I don't need it, just to experience the quality service 😉

REVISION: Since the promised repair, it's even worse than before. Keeps
shutting itself off. Pfffttt. FIRST FEEDBACK: Had been very happy with it,
but lately I have to restart it several times every day. Keeps turning
itself off. Same device as always (LG V20). Uninstalling.

Again im letting you developers know this program keeps shutting down unexpectedly without my knowledge. And wont reactivate until i reset my phone or kill the program. What is the issue with this program. And why does it keep doing this??? This is my 3rd time requesting something be done about this.... fix this obvious weak link in your programming.

I always have issues with their whitelist, I have Telegram on whitelist but only 2 of 5 Telegram calls goes through with microphone not blocked. I have sent email to support but no reply. I will update my feedback when they reply and fix the issue. Thank you for your reply. The device restart not help. As soon I will receive the patch I will update my feedback.
