The Microlise SmartPOD Application is a paperless solution that improves delivery and collection accuracy, enhances customer service and reduces administrative and management cost and time for Microlise customers and their subcontractors.
A driver’s life is made easier with Microlise Proof of Delivery applications. They provide information about delivery and collection schedules and consignments along with integrated route guidance options, integrated communications (including a phonebook) and on-site payment options. Our Proof of Delivery applications allow tasks to be managed with ease.
Deliveries are accurately managed through barcode scanning, signature and image capture whilst vehicles kept compliant through the use of our vehicle checks functionality.
The invoicing process is also completed at speed, thanks to the immediate, real-time availability of delivery data.
Features include: • Logon securely and view your journeys for the day • Capture customer signatures or images to record your proof of delivery • Record and complete vehicle checks, fill out accident report forms and more… • Stay in contact with the transport office with two-way messaging • View PDF documents associated with your journey • Stay updated whilst on the move • Manage how your vehicle is being loaded • Use your camera to scan barcodes • Let the transport office know of any issues during delivery / collection • Seamless integration with your preferred navigation provider

I've been using this as a home delivery driver for a well known supermarket because their equipment is terrible. I've used it for close on two years and not had any major problems with it. You can link it to most sat nav apps. I find it works best with Google Maps. I use it with a Motorola E4+

I work for a supermarket on their devices you can scan the labels but on my phone you can't navigation on supermarket device is not good as not Google Maps and on my phone I can use Google Maps that will automatically find the best route and avoid closed roads I would be more inclined to use my phone if I could scan the labels with my phone, so I can use it with Google Maps my phone is a Samsung S23

Used to work, but I don't if it was Android 14 or an update to this app, but now it just won't open, or gives a "not been granted all required permissions" error. In the notifications setting for the app the notifications are blocked and greyed out so can't be turned on. Uninstalled, re-installed, still the same.

Despite the new update claiming to fix the permissions issue on Android 14, the issue still persists... Disappointing.
