This app is basically useless to me now. It makes me put in a code every time I open the app, which I have to be at work to do, where I have the full desktop version already. Using it remotely or on a mobile phone has become impossible. On top of that, today, the site to activate it is not working, so I can't use the app at all.

Please tell me how to login in this app, no matter how many username and password I change I can't log in. What do I have to do?

I work in a hospital, I use this app all the time. It used to ask you to log in once a year, but it has been updated where you need to log in at random times. This happens to me about every 3 to 4 weeks. It is really annoying to be at a patient's bedside, and need to look up one of their medications real quick and then get a prompt to log in using a pass code on a work desktop computer. It says there is an option to log in via your work's Wi-Fi, but that does not seem to work at my hospital.
