Microphone Amplifier: Recorder

Microphone Amplifier is a live sound amplifier, volume booster and voice recorder in one app. Your phone's microphone picks up nearby sound and plays it louder and clearer through your headphones, so you can hear conversations, lectures, meetings, TV and everyday sounds more easily.

Can't listen right now? Use Record Only to record audio silently and listen later, or turn the recording into text with speech to text.

LIVE SOUND AMPLIFIER & VOLUME BOOSTER
• Real-time microphone amplifier with up to 3x sound boost
• Low delay between the microphone and your ears
• Noise reduction removes steady background noise for clearer speech
• Conversation Focus brings voices forward in noisy places
• Bass boost and treble control for richer, clearer sound
• Keeps amplifying with the screen off and while you use other apps

HEARING ASSISTANCE TUNED TO YOUR EARS
• Quick hearing test with short tones, for each ear with headphones
• 6-band equalizer to boost the pitches you find hard to hear
• Left/right balance for the ear that needs more sound
• Save sound profiles like Mosque, TV, Class or Meetings and switch in one tap

VOICE RECORDER: RECORD AND LISTEN LATER
• Three modes: Amplify, Amplify + Record, or Record Only (silent, no live playback)
• Record lectures, classes, meetings and conversations in clear, enhanced quality
• Compact recordings, about 10x smaller than standard audio files
• Speech to text: turn recordings into text, on your device when supported (Android 13+)
• Playback speed, 10-second skip, rename and share recordings
• Save recordings to your Music folder so they stay even if the app is removed
• Auto-stop timer for long lectures and meetings

SAFER LISTENING
• Automatic feedback (whistling) protection lowers the volume if the speaker starts to howl
• Limiter caps sudden loud sounds
• Warning at high amplification levels

SIMPLE AND QUICK TO USE
