★★★★★ Teams makes things easier most especially when you are attending class bcos you even see the slides and u can also record to listern later.

★★★★★ Switching connections (like leaving home in my car causing a change from Wi-Fi to mobile) often leads to an unrecovered gap in the conversation. I need to exit the call and dial back. This doesn't happen with other apps.

★★☆☆☆ I'm a Skype subscriber & TEAMS is not cutting it! No dial pad AT ALL unless it's a contact already. I need my dial pad to dial other phone numbers, landlines and return calls! I recently got an email from Skype saying they "fixed" it w/ a web-based dial pad. That only works if you stay on that webpage. Many times, when a colleague or customer service asks me for some information that I need to look up on another app. When I switch tabs, I lose my call. Unacceptable

★★☆☆☆ Pretty poor go back to Skype does not notify me on time when messages come in my messages disappear off the screen I thought Microsoft was better than this of course Bill Gate does have problems my second opinion this app sucks how come you don't show the last time someone was seen on the app like Skype did

★★☆☆☆ I have a few requests for the Microsoft team: please do not kill Skype or, if you must, do it after ensuring that Microsoft Teams is equal in quality. I have been using Skype for the last 12 years for personal use, and I know the true quality of voice when speaking on Skype; it feels just like real life. However, after installing Microsoft Teams, I feel that the voice quality is very light, and it feels like I am talking on some VoIP calling application. Please compare the voice calling quality.
