BE Carefully! They will charge you as much as they can! They have waited a park bill until it reaches its highest and also charged me a plus 25 euro!!!! More as their billing service (reason? I think for waiting to get the bill to the highest). Besides the common belief, You can't park known markets park places! I had yo pay MORE THAN TWICE the park bill. Be aware that it would cost you so MUCH MORE than you think. I must add also I got no emails and no information until they bill today.

Car locked itself with me in it. Had to call support two times, wait in the hotline, to be able to drive again (I was standing at a crossing!). I was apparently too rude on the phone during this debacle and the hotline person permabanned my account for that. Now they want a written apology! Ridiculous! Avoid this company at any cost. You can rent their cars using Sixt app, too
