★★★★★ I am glad that this app exists. But would like to know when the next update is coming through the app, because I am not a social media person. So no social media whatsoever. I would gladly appreciate it. Along with a how to use, because I sometimes get lost in my thinking or tiredness.

★★★★★ It's a simple-designed app that is easy to use and understand. You can easily understand what you're supposed to do, but I would like a bit of variety. I'm at day 5, and it's the same as the first 2 days but all in all it's a nice app that - at least for me - works perfectly fine.

★★☆☆☆ It simply doesn't work. Extremely glitchy, slow, and an excessive amount of ads. At the times it did load, the workouts did not seem to prepare me for the Army. This is nothing like how the army trains. Waste of time.
