Very good service - the logistics is good now, and it's so handy to get other things you've forgotten from the main shop delivered to your door with the milk, even at v short notice. However, the range of other products could be wider. Specifically I wish they sold ground coffee!

Great to have fresh milk delivered in reusable bottles. Seems to last longer than when in plastic bottles. Plus you can add or subtract to your order easily.

too difficult to use so cancelled my 3 years of delivery. Why is it so difficult to cancel my juice and just order milk so cancelled it all

Unreliable : unusable So much usability design faults and functional faults. Aside from using the website, here is one tip if you're fighting with both: you cannot increase a regular item for a single day, you must go through the 'shop' to add the same item into your basket. If a representative from Milk&More would like to direct message me I can itemize the issues.

Too many clicks. Need to enter credit card CVV *every* time! More than 14 clicks to order a pint of milk. Here are the clicks after opening the app and logging on: Shop Now -> Fresh Milk Delivery -> Organic Milk -> Add Semi Skimmed -> Change Freq to "One Time" (2 clicks) -> Add to basket -> View Basket -> Confirm Order -> Enter Card CVV -> Pay Now -> Card Confirmation Process. Worse still: the bottom bar of the app (basket etc.) is covered by the phone navigation (arrow, circle, square) buttons.
