Milkman Field App GT

Field app is a on stop solution for brands to manage their field executives which include deliveries as well as sales. This app has couple of user persona's- one is for delivery executives and other one is for sales team.

Delivery executives:

Picking and Delivery Management- This shows what items needs to be picked up by the delivery executive from the warehouse and once they have picked the respective SKUs, where these SKUs has to be delivered a

1. Payment collection Management- Field executives should be able to
collect the payments from different users

2.Reverse Logistics Management- Brands usually deliver the products in
certain containers (crates, jaali, etc.) to distributors & retailers. This module
ensures that ledger of each containers are visible to brand so that
accordingly track their containers and can take informed decisions

3. Route Management- Brands can create route for each delivery executives
so that they will only follow that route for deliveries



Sales executives:

1. Sales Ordering & Route Management- This module ensures that sales
executives can visit distributors & retailers stores and can take the orders
from them. Custom sales route can be created and assigned to sales
executives so that they will only visit that route can only take orders from
them

2- Attendance Management- Sales team should be able to mark and view the
attendance details of themselves. Also these attendance will be visible to
the ones to whom these sales executives are reporting

3.Target management- Brands should be able to create and view targets for
each sales executives and ASMs and also these targets will be visible to
them so that they can plan their day accordingly and hence brands can take
informed decisions
