Friends, paid reviews being posted by milk pot itself, I recharged my wallet with 200/- in Nov, 2024. From that date no milk has been delivered, After May complaints on April 30, 2025 I was promised by milk pot customer representative that sample will be sent to me, but I didn't receive, 36/- deducted after that many calls, I got refund of 36/- in wallet, On 5th May 2025. On 7th may, 1:11pm 200/- was deducted for no reason. I'm left with ZERO RUPEES. Going to consumer court for cheating done.

Been milk pot customer for more than 3 years. 1. Service degraded 2. Amount gets debited from wallet despite undelivered milk 3. Poor delivery commitment (worst) 4. No proper customer care support. 5. 3rd grade company with the least bothered customer satisfaction. 6. No response from delivery head mr.dinesh on milk delivery status.
