You cannot cancel the subscription in the app. No customer support responds, and they do not honor their refund policy. I never completed subscription and was charged. I had to file a dispute with my bank.

It is pretty much a scam. They enroll you to another subscription that charges 29.99 dollars without prior notification. And they do not refund you for this purchase which you did not ask for at all.
