Mind:Forest is a mental wellness app that helps you pause, look inward, and care for your mind in the middle of a busy day.
Record your emotions, lean into the sounds of nature, steady yourself with slow breathing, and gently release built-up stress — all in one app, wrapped in the calm mood of a forest.
Instead of bright, noisy stimulation, we chose low-saturation greens and soft animations, so your mind starts to settle the moment you open the app.

Sounds

110 healing sounds: Rain, Waterside, Forest & Fields, Night & Seasons, Places of Rest, Meditation & Sleep, Everyday Sounds, On the Road, Rhythms, and Focus Noise — 10 themes to rest in anytime.
Sleep timer: Leave it on as you fall asleep and the sound fades out and stops on its own.
Emotion-based recommendations: We suggest sounds that suit the emotions you've logged recently.
Background play & mini player: Playback continues as you move between screens, and the mini player keeps controls close at hand.

Journal

28 emotions to log: Capture what you felt today with an intensity level (1–5) and a one-line note.
Emotion calendar: Each day is marked with a colored dot, so a month of your feelings is visible at a glance.
Emotion statistics: Positive / neutral / negative balance, your top 3 most-felt emotions, time-of-day patterns, and a 12-week mood heatmap.
Card view / Short-form view: Flip through your entries as cards or view them short-form style. Heart the ones you love, and share them too.

Relief

20+ touch mini-activities: Bubble wrap, smashing plates, a punching bag, tearing paper, skipping stones, slime, soap bubbles, blowing out candles, blowing dandelion seeds, and more — let the stress out through your fingertips.
Sound effects & haptics: Each activity has its own sound and vibration for a more real feel. Toggle either one on or off, and your settings stay as you left them.

Breathing

4 breathing patterns: 4·6 breathing (recommended), Coherent (5·5), 4·7·8, and Box (4·4·4·4) — pick the one you need right now.
Guided animation: Just follow the circle as it expands and contracts, and inhale, hold, and exhale flow naturally.
Duration & background sound: Choose 1, 3, or 5 minutes and breathe along with a background sound.

Backup & restore: Move your records and settings intact, even to a new device.
Reminders: Get a nudge once or twice a day to check in with yourself.
