I'm so grateful I stumbled upon this application. I have heard about EMDR before but never tried it and this app provides it and IT WORKS. So helpful. I would recommend it to anyone struggling with mental health or even just having mild anxiety, etc. Thank you so much for creating such a helpful tool for people who really struggle. Forever grateful.

This is the craziest app theory I have ever encountered! But, IT WORKS! I had some doubts but it really works! It is very quick and easy, and it will make your stress or sadness just disappear! Absolutely Incredible! For those of us that have suffered extremely traumatic events. It reprograms your brain to stop referring to that memory. You still have all your memories, it just trains your brain to stop dwelling on it. I would highly recommend it for Veterans !!

The laughing baby creeps me out and the rest of so called exercises are locked, so I'm forever stuck with the laughing kid which is seriously creeping me out. Uninstalled.

I've only done 3 sessions. But I've invested thousands of dollars, over 10 years, an ungodly amount of time learning, experimenting, supplementing, venting, questioning, analyzing, deep breathing, spinning, Emerging, tapping, self-hypnotizing, rationalizing, mindfulness-ing, journaling, 'accepting' myself, visualizing, imagining, chanting, praying, affirming, and of course, hoping that 1 day I'll recognize the Me I've become, & even have the energy to live my life. An emoji is almost insulting

The three free "lessons" for the topics I tried were just following a smile emoji for a moment with my eyes, followed by the sound of child laughing. Nothing learned, too short to be hypnotic, frankly seems like a money-grab. I'm not paying to have an app full of super-short emoji-tracking nothingness. Sad, as I'd hoped that something claiming to track my vision would have more to it.
