It said I COULDN'T DOWNLOAD ANYTHING because I DIDN'T PURCHASE THIS APP-WHAT!!!??? Of course, I didn't purchase it-IT'S A FREE APP!!!! So, I'M TOTALLY CONFUSED AS TO WHY I Can't USE THIS APP ON MY NEW SMARTPHONE!!!??? What's going on!!?? Any suggestions' anyone!!!???!!!! It's not the storage-have plenty, not the phone? Why would it say anything about "purchasing the app" when it's a completely new app!!?? I'm just so confused & REALLY disappointed 😞
