This course was designed by people who used to stutter but were able to become stutter-free thanks to the mindfulness meditation practice. The emerging research on mindfulness and its effects on stuttering suggests that this ancient technique can have profound benefits on how a person who stutters perceives himself/herself. Regular mindfulness practice helps lower levels of stress and anxiety caused by stuttering, improves self esteem, and in many cases helps people to control their stuttering.
The 90-day course consists of 9 parts, 10 sessions each. We recommend that you complete one session each day. Preferably in the morning but any other time of the day is fine too. What's important is to practice regularly. This course can be repeated many times. In fact, we recommend that you repeat the course at least 3 times to get more benefit out of it.
